Collaborations dove-tails neatly with the more structured data found in KIDS Clients. All content is “filed” and retrieved with reference to a particular child or home in Clients. Collaboration allows you to:

• Control who can see and edit what content.
• Gives those who are eligible immediate access to the content wherever they are located.
• Provides the means to back up content readily to disk (all content is stored in an agency-specific SQL Server database).
• Introduces new capabilities including document versioning, workflows and digital signatures.
