KIDS Collections works in conjunction with existing data in KIDS Clients. Consequently, all services recorded in KIDS Clients could be billed through Collections. You can generate invoices from per diem and incidental service records. You can print Invoices on a paper for mailing to the payer or generate electronic claims for submission to Medicaid.

One of the unique features of Collections is the flexibility it offers in invoice creation. You can create invoices from the unbilled services, voided services, and denied services. You can also use the payer priority feature to specify which payer should be billed first.
