In KIDS Collections you can bill an invoice in paper format as well as electronic depending on your need at any time.

Paper Formats

• Default simple invoice format.
• HCFA 1500 also known as CMS 1500 form.
• UB04 also known as CMS-1450 form.

In KIDS Collections, you have the data entry forms for the HCFA 1500 and UB04 reports where you can key in additional data other than default information that the invoices provides. After entering the required data, you can generate and print the reports on your local printer.

Supported Electronic Formats

If your agency needs to submit invoices in electronic formats to Medicaid or Pathways, you have the ability to do so in KIDS Collections. The two supported formats are

• X12-Professional
• X12-Institutional
