KIDS Collections offers over 70 useful reports to help you efficiently bill for services and give you visibility for revenue trends. All reports are organized in six categories as follows: Accounts Receivable, Billing, Client Information, Payer Information, Invoice and General Reports. These reports vary based on the level of detail you want to see and include such reports as:

• Pre and Post-billing reports.
• Authorized paid invoices.
• Authorized outstanding invoices.
• Accounts receivable for payer.
• Accounts receivable for child.
• Accounts receivable aged invoice reports.
• Invoice Statements.
• Payer contract profiles.
• List of children missing contracts.

Each report allows you to filter on different parameters such as for particular payers, children, or programs. KIDS Collections also offers you the capability to convert the reports into Word documents, Excel files, text files and PDF files.

A complementary reporting system made available February 2011 uses Microsoft Reporting Services to give yet additional reporting capabilities. It gives drill down and drill-through capabilities, and allows you to add custom reports to precisely match your agency's needs.
