Nearly every agency we work with makes use of internal forms that are unique and important to that agency. Finding a method to capture this information along-side the rest of the child's electronic record is often difficult, expensive or impossible. The Microsoft Infopath tool integrated as part of Collaborations can remedy this challenge.

Design your forms

With Collaborations, any of your forms can be easily converted (by agency staff themselves in many cases) into Microsoft InfoPath forms. These InfoPath form layouts can be stored in the Collaborations framework and become part of that child’s record.

Using InfoPath forms gives you the freedom to define your unique paper based forms electronically. If changes to your internal procedures dictate changes to the electronic form, you can easily make those changes while preserving the historical data.
