Reports are grouped into categories based upon their content. Agencies can flag individual reports that are used frequently as “quick-picks” that can be retrieved easily from the individual data entry forms

KIDS Report Manager (RM) – is a web report manager based upon Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). It complements the Output Manager described above by offering adhoc reporting capabilities and a smaller set of reports that can be customized in powerful ways.

• Ability to build, launch and view ad-hoc reports from within the RM interface.
• Drill down (expand) or hide detail levels within a report.
• Drill through via hyperlinks to see related reports containing more detail.
• User selectable data grouping, sub-totals and column sorting.
• Advanced data filter abilities including multi-select values and parameter cascading.
• On-screen documentation that describes: report purpose, what data the report depends upon, and to what fields the parameters refer.
• Ability to memorize common report parameters.
